Responsibilities
● Participate in the On-the-Job Training (OJT) program to acquire technical knowledge, development practices, and professional working standards.
● Learn and apply company processes, coding standards, quality assurance procedures, and information security policies.
● Support project teams in delivering assigned tasks on time and with high quality.
● Actively participate in internal training sessions, technical workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities.
● Report progress, challenges, and learning outcomes to mentors or supervisors regularly.
● Practice professional workplace behaviors, including punctuality, organization, proactive communication, and accountability.
● Demonstrate commitment to PTN Global’s core values, teamwork culture, and continuous learning mindset.
Requirements
● Fresh-graduate in Software Engineering, Computer, Information Technology or relevant.
● Have a strong sense of duty and a desire to learn.
● A working style that is professional, energetic, friendly, and progressive.
● Having a feeling of and enthusiasm for office work (on time, clean, and organized)
● Good at logical thinking and problem solving.
● Strictly comply in information security of individuals, company, and customers.
● GPA >= 3.0. If you are good at English, this is an advantage.
