Driving the design, pre-sale, and delivery of PTN Global technology solutions (including web/enterprise development systems, DevOps, BA/QA), etc.
Providing a customer technical interface with a particular focus on technology strategies, customer influence, knowledge management, and technical opportunity identification and qualification.
Working closely with the Pre-Sales Team for New Business, and the Delivery Team for Existing Business (identifying, qualifying, and assisting in closing sales opportunities to produce a win/win outcome)
Conduct customer presentations and demonstrations to ensure the designed solutions are understood and can be accessed.
Take an active role in customer readiness for systems and product releases and provide regular and ad-hoc reporting for internal stakeholders.
Maintain and develop customer relationships alongside the Pre-Sales & Delivery Team, ensuring our customers receive a high level of customer service.
Manage advanced-level customer support issues via a trouble ticketing system, ensuring fault isolation, escalation, and resolution are well documented. Must also provide consistent customer follow-up and timely updates to problem resolution status.
Build and share knowledge of customers through active engagement and support.
Build relationships with customers to identify gaps and limitations with their current process/solutions.
A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or technical related discipline.
Previous experience in a Pre-Sales or Business Development role.
A proven track record in solution-based Pre-Sales or Sales.
Experience writing business proposals and responding to RFP/RFT and RFQs.
Persuasive presentation skills and the ability to develop strong customer relationships.
Understands, explains, and presents complex information and ideas to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels persuasively and convincingly.
Previous experience working in IT outsourcing/consulting.
Previous Project Management Technical Lead experience.
