Analyse training needs and identify the skill sets needed to accomplish different roles.
Conduct performance appraisal to define the skills gap between current and desirable learner skill levels.
Design training programs and training plans equip engineers with the necessary and appropriate skills.
Revise training presentations, materials and schedules as needed.
Can perform technology training sessions in particular programming languages for participants as required.
Responsible for maintaining updated records of training curriculum and materials.
Deliver training program in internal community and follow up full process of training courses such as: manage the classroom, evaluate and give feedback to trainees...
Evaluate and keep track of trainees' development.
Evaluate the effectiveness of each training session and report to BOD.
Strong at IT foundation, BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.
Proven work experience as an IT Trainer, Technical Trainer or similar role.
Experience designing technical course material.
Possibility to create technical documentation for training purpose.
Familiarity with web-based learning platforms, modern educational techniques, and corporate computer security principles is essential.
Lead in research of new technologies, hot trend.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms plainly in both Vietnamese and English.
Additional certification in training (e.g. Certified Technical Trainer) is a plus.
