Responsibilities
1. Recruitment:
Implementing full cycle of recruitment process (Sourcing, Interviewing; Candidate Assessment…) for all vacancies
Working closely with project representatives to understand the needs of business and develop recruitment strategy/plan to fulfill current needs and future growth.
Updating information about recruitment trends, techniques to propose improvements for recruitment process.
Attending and participating in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
Performing other duties as assigned.
2. Training Coordination:
Map out annual training plans for internal. Analyse training needs and identify the skill sets needed to accomplish different roles.
Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house).
Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes).
Deliver training program and follow up full process of training courses such as: manage the classroom, evaluate and give feedback to trainees...
Evaluate and keep track of trainees' development.
Evaluate the effectiveness of each training session and report to BOD.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, Information Technology or related field.
Proven work experience as a HR Officer, Recruiter or similar roles.
Lead in research of recruitment methods and trends.
Having experiences in training or additional training certification is a plus.
Knowledge of training and development principles, practices, methods, and procedures
Familiarity with recruitment websites / social channels and web-based learning platforms is essential.
Good interpersonal and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Strong networking skills; energetic and outgoing personality
