Responsibilities

Build up and manage the new delivery site in Sai Gon.
Work with new customers to get the project needs/requirements, project initiation plan, ramp-up plan…
Work with HR to recruit resources and training
Manage all project deliverables at HCM and report directly to PTN management team.

More than 5 years of experience in IT with excellent IT technical background, Cloud-based application development is an advantage.
Ability to learn and direct the delivery teams for software solutions with up-to-date technologies
Excellent communication skills and experience in dealing with overseas customers
Proven experience in building up a team from scratch, including seeking candidates from their own network, interview, hiring, mentoring, training, management…
Experiences in delivery of managed IT projects
Experiences with Agile SCRUM methodology, tailoring Agile process, reporting…
Experiences in software development proposal, prototyping, or proof of concept.
