Responsibilities

Liaising between the IT development team and stakeholders.
Acting as an information source and communicator between stakeholders and development team.
Understanding business needs and high-level requirements.
Analyzing requirements through document analysis, interviews, meetings, and workflow analysis.
Develop business architecture and solution using requirements such as scope, use-cases, processes.
Conduct logical level of testing including functional, regression, user acceptance and performance to verify the client’s needs are met.

Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
Have a basic understanding of the software development process.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Experience in technical writing is preferred.
Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
1+ years in a BA IT position is a big plus.
